Introduction

Call forwarding is a phone management feature that helps you to redirect or forward incoming calls to an alternate number. It is commonly used to forward calls from an office phone to a user’s cell or home phone, or a colleague’s number. 

Call Forwarding Always forwards all incoming calls to the destination you choose.

Call forwarding always

To forward all incoming calls to another number:

  1. From the main dashboard, locate the Calling Features panel. Find call forward always and click on the toggle button, The edit forward all calls window appears.
  2. In the General Settings section, check the Is Active checkbox to activate this feature.
  3. Optionally, you can enable a ring reminder, here.  If enabled, a brief tone plays on your desktop phone when a call has been forwarded. To enable, check the Is Ring Splash checkbox.

  1. Proceed to enter a valid 10-digit phone number or extension that the incoming calls will be forwarded to.
  2. Click Save.

To disable call forwarding always, click on the toggle again. This will deactivate this feature and incoming calls will return to normal.
